We are able to offer accompanied viewings, and also virtual viewings if needed. We appreciate that everyone has busy lives, so we are not restricted with our viewing times and are happy to offer out of hours viewings where necessary.
Once you have successfully secured one of our properties, we shall ensure that your move-in is completed correctly, using all relevant legal tenancy agreements. As per current regulations, we are now able to offer an electronic option for our lease signings, which again should make your whole move-in process as stress-free as possible.
The deposit for your chosen property is marked on our property adverts and once you have moved in, we have 30 days to lodge your deposit payment. We work with Safe Deposits Scotland, and once lodged, you will receive email notification directly from the deposit scheme that your deposit has been lodged. This will be held by them until the expiration of your tenancy.
We work with an independent company to provide a full inventory, with both written and visual evidence recorded. This shall be provided at the time of your move-in process. Once it is time for you to move out, the same company will carry out a check out inspection and inventory update. We then work with you to ensure a prompt deposit return.
