Phil has a proven history in both sales and, in particular, lettings. He puts himself in both the landlord’s and the tenant’s shoes and strives to do the best he can in all situations, for everyone involved. Phil is always available for a chat and is willing to help in any way he can.
Chris has been involved in property for more than two decades and with a wealth of experience behind him, he is always available to chat and offer polite, tailored and thoughtful advice.
Lin has joined our team in March 2022, and is an organised, reliable and motivated individual who thrives on delivering the highest standards of service with a friendly and approachable manner.

Nicole joined the team in June 2025 after gaining valuable experience at Neilsons Solicitors as Front of House Administrator and as “Customer Business Banking Consultant” at Lloyds Bank. Nicole wanted to move back into the property industry as she has a passion for property and brings a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients, contractors and tenants.
